Job title

– To support and advise customers (end users retailers) to achieve customer satisfaction
– Startup RMA issues

What are you going to do:

1.Support and advise customers
– Give technical advice for products
– Support customers on sales and after sales
– Help installing and troubleshooting issues
– Escalate to supplier in case of critical issues
– Supporting customers by applicable communication channels
– Register and add all customer cases into customer care system
– Keep customer database updated

2.RMA
– Startup RMA-process
– Collect RMA-requests
– Issue RMA-numbers and execute RMA within the process
– Troubleshooting related to RMA

3.Training & development
– Incorporate colleagues
– Testing products (manual, simulating)
– Stay updated with information from tests and knowledge database
– Sharing new and updated information in the knowledge database

What do we expect:

– An intermediate vocational training (MBO)
– Accustomed to technical terms and devices
– Basic knowledge of database and data processing
– Call center experience
– German and English languages
